This short documentary chronicles the lives of a community of people who have been living anchored out on their boats for decades in Richardson Bay neighboring wealthy Sausalito, California. New rules and regulations designed to “clean up the Bay” are a threat to their community, and the homes they live aboard.

ELI AND JESSIE
A short documentary produced in collaboration with the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism to accompany a narrative piece I co-wrote. More trans men and non-binary folks are deciding to carry their children themselves, pushing the birth industry to be more gender inclusive in the process. This short piece chronicles the birth stories of Eli and Jessie.

I created this short documentary profile of visionary folk artists Bea and Joe Bryant during my film intensive at Maine Media. These two created their mechanized Doll Circus together in the back of a vintage stove shop because they wintered in Florida and didn’t play golf.

I concepted and co-directed this music video for my band Houndstooth. It stars the inimitable dancers Julia Calabrese and Allie Hankins and, of course, the band Houndstooth.

I filmed and edited two silverback baristas from Stumptown interviewing each over some backyard beers. We made an Instagram teaser to promote the written interview, which was featured in the second issue of Bloom magazine.
